I present you the nutritious, healthy and at the same time tasty ‘Yogurt and Chia Seed Pudding’. This is a high on protein but low on calorie and low fat pudding. I have particularly chosen Greek Yogurt which is almost double on protein in the same amount of calorie than the normal yogurt. The Chia seeds are high in fiber and protein content. They also have certain markers which are rich in important bone nutrients.
The Yogurt and Chia seed pudding is a very easy to make, high on protein, low on calorie and utterly tasty treat. It is not more than a 10 minute make and requires only a couple of small steps to complete.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsps unflavored gelatin (plain)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsps honey
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1Hurl the Greek Yogurt, unflavored gelatin, banana, honey and vanilla extract into a blender and blend it till it smoothens out. Add Chia seeds and let it soak in the blend and soften for 30mins.
- 2Transfer the blend into the serving glasses and refrigerate it for about 1-2hours.
